​​​The Big Sister Program involves the fortnightly interaction between our Year 10 Big Sisters and their Year 7 Little Sisters.  

Under the supervision of teachers, Big Sisters organise fun activities to help Year 7s transition into the organisational structures of high school, make new friends quickly, and to develop decision making and problem-solving skills.

The program offers Year 10 students their first formal leadership opportunity at Our Lady's College, and is an opportunity for new seniors and Year 7s to bond and create lasting friendships.​​
