​​​​Students at Our Lady's College are given many opportunities to take on roles and responsibilities that develop their leadership skills.  

The student leadership team comprises eight Year 12 students who are elected by their peers and College staff to be role models for younger students and proudly serve the College by strengthening the core values of Compassion, Justice, Service and Integrity.

In addition, the two school captains lead the Student Representative Council where one student from each Pastoral Care group is chosen each semester to provide a voice for their peers. ​

Many other student leadership opportunities exist through various groups and programs, including student-led cultural dance groups, St Vincent de Paul Society, the Big Sister Program and the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Ambassadors initiative.
